Our approach to commercial construction mirrors our homebuilding process: transparency, communication, careful planning and budgeting, quality craftsmanship and materials go into every project. Since 2009 we have worked in conjunction with developers and organizations like 3CDC in revitalizing Cincinnati's most historic neighborhood Over the Rhine. Uptown Consortium in Avondale, and Life Enriching Communities in Montgomery. LEED
Hueber Homes is a proud member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and has been involved with the LEED® for Homes™ program from its inception as a pilot program in 2006 when we built the first 4 LEED for Homes certified in the state of Ohio. We have achieved LEED certification on more homes than any other builder in the greater Cincinnati region from standard certification to LEED Platinum. We’ll help guide your decisions to achieve this valuable measure of sustainability within your projects budget and with the valuable payback each efficiency measure will provide.

Service to others is a guiding part of our vision at Hueber Homes. We give back to those less fortunate in our local communities and across the world. Our founder, John Hueber was president of the Boys and Girls Club of Clermont County in 2016-2017 and we’ve continued to follow his lead with regular contributions to charities like B&G Club, LEC foundation, White Oak Christian Church’s Haiti project to rebuild homes and many others.
